We offer many classes for differing ages and levels of ability. All classes are educationally based and run for one hour, to a structured lesson plan. In each lesson, children will get to experience a combination of gymnastics, acrobatics, junior parkour, ninja warrior, circus skills, and animal yoga.
We also offer sibling discount for families with multiple children. Missed classes are non-refundable and term fees must be paid prior to the term staring in order to attend. |

Mini Gymnastics (1-5 years old)
An introduction to the world of gymnastics in a supportive and fun environment.
In this session, children learn fine and gross motor skills, including hand-eye coordination while creatively exploring skills to increase self-confidence and self-esteem. Circus play (2-5 years old)An introduction to circus skills.
Circus Play sessions are suited to children from 2-5 years old and assist with learning to balance using physical and motor development. This class encourages social interaction and is designed to inspire the imagination through touch, sound, and movement. |
Acro (3-12 years old)
This program uses fun and motivational games to build confidence and teach the basic skills of gymnastics, acrobatics, and coordination. It develops strength and stability and works on such techniques as handstands and tumbling.

Junior parkour (2-12 years old)
Think Ninja Warrior. This is a fun obstacle-based session that challenges both the mind and body to run, climb and jump. It is designed for all levels of ability.

Gymnastics (5-12 years old)
Beginners Gym is a program for children over five and is the progression from KinderGym. In these fun and challenging sessions children are encouraged to develop gross motor skills and coordination by working on handstands, cartwheels and balancing.

Animal yoga (2-3 years old)
This is an introduction to yoga using animal poses. Sessions assist with enhancing flexibility and concentration.

Strongkidz (12 - 18 years old)
This one-hour fun strength-based class is taken by the Australian Champion Professional Strong Man and Guinness World Records holder, Jordan Steffens! Helping teenagers find a path into any kind of sport, aiming to teach them all about strong minds, strength training, and well-being. This class includes how to exercise safely with their bodies and using the right techniques in strength trainings with the use of light weights, circus skills, hand eye coordination, upper body and core strength, as well as helping with nutrition.
Multi-Sports (2 - 18 years old)
22Too teaches the fundamentals and skills of all sports. Building confidence and learning new skills whilst improving gross and fine motor skills with fun equipment.
